What is the last thing you do...

When I was a technical trainer for an MSO, we beat a little inside joke to death.

Q. What is the last thing you do before drilling a hole?
A. Check the other side of whatever you're drilling through.

Whether it is a wall, a floor, a pole, whatever. I hate to see something like this happen.
