Also remember that they will keep your retainage for back-charges on jobs that you never got paid for to begin with. For example: A company in Ft.Wayne that is a distributer for Dish Network (I'm your father Luke) still to this day ows my thousands of $$$ for activations that I didn't get paid for as a retailer. Then they back-charge me $155.00 for an early disconnect that I was never paid the activation or flex. Also,,un-paid back charges can go on your credit, I'm still trying to get the 155 off my credit report, even after I got a letter from their lawyer stating that I didn't owe them that money. But it didn't state that they owed me money!!! Same ole' B.S. hope this helps, Later, Red
