Dear Wife, I think Jerry was talkin' some kind of union of contractors as opposed to an employee type thing . Primes do it quite regular these days except they call it collusion. actually they don't call it that, it's a term i came across in business law years ago and has recently had to do with controlling prices to your subs. dosen't seem legal but it's being practiced quite regularly. seems to be a lot of confusion between contactor and employee in these posts and it's really gettin' boring. Treys' got some worthwhile (factual) info on the employee side of a union whereas his (won't mention handles) seem to be confused about their own position in the argument. either way each one's post made apparent their views in their first posts and i for one would appreciate a break in the matter.
