Actually...they are sending data down transmit & receive, it's actually working as we speak. But I don't think video will be sent through power grids due to televisions RF/Conversions/ compressions and frequencies along with Sub band and SNL which is works in the for RF parameters . It will have the quality of Internet media though and slow as hell...but then again most systems are already pumping 87 volts out from the cable plants....hmmmm i dunno??
