For the trade and the skill and the wealth in our land,
For the cunning strength of the workingman's hand
For the good that our artists and poets have taught,
For the friendship that hope and affection have brought.
We give thanks-we give thanks.
For the homes that with purest affection are blest,
For the season of plenty and well deserved rest,
For our Great Country extending from sea unto sea:
The Land that is known as The Land of the Free.
We give thanks and praise unto You oh Lord and ask that You will bless our great country and all those who can't be with family and friends on this Thanksgiving Day.
We pause to humble ourselves in Your Devine Presence and ask that our prayers in our hearts may be answered.
Be with all the Dawgs here on the Bar and there famlies and those who are defending this Great Nation.
Be with those who are alone this Thanksgiving or have lost a loved one. Bring them Peace and Hope to there lives.
And now almighty God as we go about our daily tasks we ask that you Bless us and guide us in Your direction and help us all to remember our blessings throughout the year.
This we Pray to You Almighty Lord.
