Cook Company has never held back any monies from any crew that has done work for us. We have found ourselves on the short end of the stick with this same issue by companies like Crown Fiber and CableTel Services. You get to the end of the job and all of a sudden they won't pay your holdback. We provide our own QC inspectors and require immediate resolution to any issues we find, and have no need to hold any company "hostage" by charging retainage and the associated problems with it.
