According to Cablespy, this guy David drives a 1997 Ford. Doesn't sound like the kind of vehicle a non-pay contractor would drive, or is that part of his "master scheme"? If the guy legit owes the money he ought to pay it, sounds like he and Sean are giving up whatever info is needed, that doesn't sound criminal to me. On the other hand maybe APPTECH is a HACK and has more back charges due than adelphia. Oh yea who got the $100 APPTECH??? Did you pay up???? hhmmm???HHHMMM???
