not to pry but how long have you lived in minnesota,then you should know how to dress cause what are you going to do when it gets cold out,temp 2-3 degreas and 10 mile an hour wind in your face dont know if you ever worked sat in the winter but watch how many of your co-workes drop the job because of the cold,it takes a different kinda person to do what we do in the winter,i also would check out getting your cable from skywalker communication for the winetr the jacket on that cable is alot more flexible in cold weather compared to perfect 10
