Re: Charter Out?

i luckily have avoided doing any work for charter in the DFW area but lived in the area fo a while and after seeing what they call a install i was embarrassed to say i was a cable dog the moron that came to the house i was renting which had no line of site and was the only reason i got cable but any way he showed up with 2 drill bits and nail clips only to secure the cable drilled holes that where 5/8 " round then told me they charge extra to install wall plates used no penetration plugs and generally left it looking like a mad women sh@#ing i called charter and got less respect from them then i did "Skippy"the wonder installer
