incorrect.
the prime in this situation is the MSP which is contracted for 85/25.
or
the HSP's which receive the 100.00 per install from DTV as this is what they cgarge retailers to use them.the HSP receives what the retailer was to receive.
now then,
all dealers/retailers receive 100.00 for the initail install of 1 dish and 1 IRD standard professional install. and 25 for 2nd IRD, 40 for the 3rd,and 25 for the 4th. and usualy allow all custome work to go directly to the tech.
so yes there is a prime in a sence.
as for the price of 70/15 that is what MSP's offer most techs. around here. no gas,no material, no nothing.
regardless of mileage. be it 10 or 110.
