I did see some of that before. The charge back for truck roll is already comming back to bite them. New DTV truck arrives.......problem not fixed............cx sees me in town and asks me to take a look.
RE your other point.........work for the MSP or don't work. I'll watch that one.
Let's see how this latest MSP contact rolls out.
