i've heard the horible stories about what the in house techs. are going through at premier.and you are right they are compiling an enormous amount of s/c's. although ,i as a contractor 3rd down, didn't have trouble with the contract pay. it was on time. and they do track ALL techs. and call cx's for you if you run behind.
the dispach seemed to be easey to get along with. and mark seems to understand what contractors go through.
