I have been in the business for 30 years on both sides. Currently I am passing on work daily for installation opportunities only because there are no available experienced resources to support the customers and contractual needs with a successful financial model.
My team currently satisfies our employees with a descent living, our customers with a quality product and the company shareholders with a great return on their investment.
