I think too many people are passing the blame to Duck, is he really at fault. Maybe its a paperwork issue. I am also waiting on money from Cross not directly but I was working for a sub. Waiting on about 15,000.00 Duck will pay any invoice his supervisors put in front of him. Think what im trying to say is maybe leave names out of this till everyone is sure its Duck.. Cross is not a small company and im sure duck doesnt want to lose everything over not paying someone what they are owed.... There is always another side to these stories....
