It is against the law to fire a employee because he/she is organizing a union. But it happens everyday. The corporate attitude is that the employees have to prove it to the labor board and the only thing the company has to do if found guilty is make the employee whole and offer the job back.
I feel better myself being on the side of the little guy trying to stand up and fight for a better life. You may like the idea of stomping on other peoples rights, but that aint American, brothers and sisters!
