Not getting paying issues

Hey guys, I have been working with Wavelength comm. Based in Virgina.. and now I am having hard time collecting my pay. It has been over month now, I keep getting all kind of excuses now they don’t even want answer my call. Has any one worked for Wavelength comm.. I planning of filing suit to get my money. If you guys have any advice how I could do this or know any trick to get my money back appreciated. I have worked hard for my money it really gets me when they miss with my hard earned money.
