Looking for advice!
The situation is as follows: I worked with a guy named Rhon Campbell in Slidel LA. He was working under Cable Options/Unlimited who was in turn working for Amtec. Well Rhon is out in FL. Working and the people at Cable Options/Unlimited are telling me for 2 weeks in a row Amtec has shorted them on their check, therefore I have not been paid for the work I did there. I would like to take the next step to fix the situation. Would you guys recommend to call Amtec or to file a lien on the job. Any advice would be appreciated. A decision is going to be made today!(unless my the grace of god I get my money owed to me) PS. just to keep in mind Cable Options/Unlimited has received 2 checks from Amtec!
