Can't say that I am in favor of bailing out the railroads or the highway contractors on this boondoggle. A strip about a mile wide across the state North south and east west. Holding two or more rail lines, a commuter line ad lanes for car, and truck traffic. Are you sure of your figure. It sounds pretty low to me.
