May 16, 2005 – Doss Business Systems announced the acquisition of assets and customer

base of J-Tec Inc. Customer Premise Division. (CPE)

J-Tec Inc. is a privately held corporation founded in Greenville, Ohio in 1972. Since its

inception, J-Tec Inc. has provided a broad range of construction and technical services

to the telecommunications industry.

Dan Cross, President of J-Tec Inc. say’s, “We believe this move is in the best interest

of our client base and it will give our management team the ability to focus our efforts

on our core telecom construction services”.

We are happy to be able to make this agreement with DOSS Business Systems, as they offer

a great deal of technical expertise and capabilities and have an excellent reputation for

customer service. We believe this is a win-win situation for everyone including our

customers” adds Mr. Carl Meinerding, Vice President of J-Tec Inc.

J-Tec Inc. Customer Premise Division customer base includes K-12 Educational, local and

state government, universities and a wide variety of commercial accounts.

Commenting on the acquisition, Paul Doss, President of DOSS Business Systems stated, “We
