Somebody must have told the guy in the bucket about the 1 guy the safety harness saved last year, and then told him about the thousands of linemen who have gotten hurt tripping over the stupid lanyard while walking on the ground. Heck, whats the big deal if a working stiff trips, falls, and breaks an arm or a wrist or blows his back out when he hits the ground. At least the 23 year old OSHA weanie has a job and get to stay warm and dry in his government car all year long.
