just another reply here,years ago I worked on an office building,on the outside,250 feet,we had to take a class on asbestos,its not just powder,if they get into the lung they will not break down,so the body forms a coating around it,the more that is inhaled the more the lungs lose room, the biggest problems were from shipbuildersback in the 1940s,who cut the sheets in a very tight,non ventilated area,so they inhaled great amounts os asbestos. we had to suit up,but as there was allways some breeze blowing,we were in no danger,the ideal of shaving cream,etc,seems like a good one,plus 1 hole does not release any great amount of fibers.
