fiber splicing prices

I'm looking for average sub rates for fiber splicing and perhaps what is or is not usually billable, such as adding an umbilical from closure to node or setup fee on small jobs or installing WDM's. My work is 99% for one general contractor so I'm bickering prices with him, not looking to compete with others. I have rates that I'm working for, but I'm not sure there good or all there! Hope someone can help me find out THANKS mt.comm
