I have worked with Tommy Emmons for a few years and I had one come The same time as you I'm sure. It was an unfortunate mishap, but Tommy and Dave took care of it promply. You dont have anything to worry about Tommy is as honest as the day is long, and everyone at Bell South has worked w/ him for over 20 years and they all back him..
