Don't forget Bruister made us bury coax at no charge. And they also didn't charge extra for roof mounts, attic or crawl space work, some contractors charge extra for those things. We were able to charge for wallfishes when I signed on with them but they stopped that when folks kept refusing the phonelines because to install them would require a wallfish and they just didn't want to pay.
All said Bruister is getting what they want (and deserve), a steady flow of $10 per hour FNG hacks who will work for 3-6 months before they get tired and quit only to be replaced by some other starry eyed youngster who thinks having a company truck, gas card and shirt with his name on it makes him somebody special.
