Roger Haile was unable to act on Chattanooga in a more timely manner because we had to verify the fraud through independent means. Send the information and tape to the Dallas office and we will act on it. In reading your post, you did not indicate the manager's action resulted in loss of income to you. However, we have a history of reimbursing reps for fraud committed by a manager and prosecuting any thefts.
