Don't drill that stuff! As stated by others you are in no danger from drilling it.
but don't do it anyway.
If a sheet breaks you are in a world of hurt. Some places say you have to wrap the stuff in plastic to get it into a landfill. I don't know where you could get a replacement tile.
To attach cable, pull a few nails and use the existing holes for roka clips. To go through the wall find a corner or edge and drill there. Cut it with a knife
to make a hole....asbestos is a mineral..blades will carve it.
OR
Just leave it hanging rather than expose yourself to this liability. The cx and his insurance guy will track you down.
