a few thoughts from a newbie to the forum.
1- NEVER use anything below CAT5e(nono)
2-every drop should have min 2 cat5e, and 1 coax(per BICSI standard) you can always add more, but never less.
3-find the electrician and befreind him immediately!!! he can make your life miserable. or he can make your job easier, and maybe throw some work your way later.
4-always think of other tradesmen as neanderthal idiots, hellbent on destroying everything you build(just dont say it outloud).with this truth in mind, place your runs and equiptment in places where they cant smash, pull, burn, snatch, cut, staple, nail through or swing off of. ive seen all this and more.
