I think a lot of the problems are coming from these primes.I think if their was an association started have a membership fee,With a minimum number of years in the trade to get your membership so you have have a body of Experinced guys only.Say like 3 years minimum for contracters and 5 years for in house guys then you could start weeding out these primes ripping peole off.
