The D10-200's suck!!! We have installed a lot of them over the last 6 months & have had numerous problems with them. The most common problem is that with most any power fluctuation, they reboot themselves & revert to the 18" dish setting (Our locals are off of 119, so u can imagine the ammount of service calls generated). They also take forever & a day to auto-config on international jobs (300's seem to be pretty quick). the forced download (type 02468 at welcome screen) reverts the receiver to the 100 software & seems to solve most problems on most of the 200's. I have actually seen a few revert to the 200 software (Sometimes DAYS after a successful download) which really ticks you off. I would steer clear of them if you can (Unless repeat s/c's are a hobby of yours. The 100's and 300's are a lot more reliable. (read)
