Microstation/J

Any of you know anything about microstation/J using it on some DOT jobs im doing in florida and im a computer idiot have figured out enuf to confuse myself basically what im trying to do is DELETE a group of information and so far all i have found is i have to delete each little bit of information seperately and if you have seen some of these files that can take forever. any help would be appreciated Thanks in advance
