Been through this before and all the law states is that in order to have a truck moving with a man in the air is 2 way communication, as old schoolbstech put it, go down to Radio Crack, (I hate em) and pick up a cheapy, you can even get away with 2 way head sets just watch your broad cast freq, make sure it doesn't fall inro the sub band width, 5-45 mhz. I've had intercoms go before and this is what we would do until we got the parts in.
