Re: union in Alabama

I for one would like to commend all the techs in the Gadsden office for standing up to the BS kings at Bruister & Ass...
I am not an employee of B&A now, but I was recently and was terminated for heading the union movement at one of their offices. I am now self employed and have a new perspective in the field many of us here are in.

I would like to take this time to say that those of us who are not a employee and have not been told you have to take a %50 pay cut in order for the company to provide vehicles and a gas card, please refrain from Union bashing.

After all, if the HSP's like Bruister succeed at paying tech's $10 per hour, it will not benefit any self employed technician. We will have to work for less due to the fact that the HSP's and the RSP's influence the industry with their high number of technicians.
