Juat do your time , take it in stride , accept criticism but don't be pushed around or show weakeness. there is no such thing as a dumb question. If you don't know what to do being a grunt , just learn and ask questions. If you are starting as a grunt............always wear your hard hat, a lineman hates a grunt that doesn't know parts and pieces and will drop the appropriate hardware on you to learn you. GoodLuck.
