Stay with the Altec, 220,000 is moderate mileage, I have seen deisels with 500,000 still running. My main concern would be is it an onan operated or clutch pump , or pto , most fleet vechicles have an hour meter. If its clutch pump or pto thats high milage. The price is a little high for the mileage. There is alot of places to buy a truck so don't get in a hurry. Hope this helps.
