It was once illegal to work or at least to require your employees to work for profit on sundays, but it was also illegal to close your business on christmas day (unless it was a sunday) because we came to America to escape catholic torture and we were not about to accept their so called "Holydays" here... This is the true history that is not politically correct enough to teach in todays schools
