(((( Y * 80)+1) * 250) + 2( X ))- 250 all divided by 2

= (250 (80 * Y) + 2X) / 2

= 10,000 Y + X

the 10,000 puts the first three digits in the right place and adding the last 4 digits puts them in the right place.

Don't let those billers fool you! You actually just about broke even on the job with only $20 for your phone calls as a net loss. Now you are qualified to do your own taxes, yippee!
