I never had any problems with mine. They seem to be pretty straight forward.
- electric actuates the hydraulic pump under the drivers step.
If the cylinder is going in and out then I would replace the cable to the rear discs.
- If the cylinder doesn't go in and out I would check fluid level in the resivour (sp)and then check the lines to the cylinder they may be cracked and getting air.
- there is also a relay involved with that I believe, but not sire where it is located.
