First off I doubt that if its only a 32' boom that it is articulating, probably telescopic.
I'd be a little nervous of a truck with over 200k on it, Thats a lot of miles, not knowing who owned it and how it was maintained I'd be leary of that.
Can't say anything bad about a Liftall boom cause I never owned one, but you can rest easy if you purchase the Altec, its tried and true.
