Whats the labor pool like in Georgia

I am considering setting up an office in Georgia and was offered a pretty good opportunity as a prime, but I was told that it will be hard to find local talent. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to find a decent installations crew that lives there? I like my guys to go home to their familes everynight.
