Subcontractor needs a few more splicers to meet the demand of a long term job in Maryland. It's piece work as an inhouse employee. We provide the bucket truck, meter, insurance, fuel, etc., and we pay all applicable taxes. You WON'T get stuck at the end of the year owing self-employment tax.
