Fact of life and staple of this business. Sort em out and find the ones you can live with. Do not believe every jackass that tries to hire you. It is your expense to go to work, make sure you trust the company you are dealing with.
We have all heard of blackballed. I have told companies to never ever call me again, because I blackballed them from my list of people that I would work for.
