Re: No Contract, No Travel


Have you been snorting BLOX? I never leave home without a contract. Furthermore these contracts for storm damage are unbelievable. They want you to assume all the risk, buy all the insurance, buy your own workers comp and unemployment, assume all the tax liability and sign a ridiculous non compete agreement. If you and your truck will work hard for them, assume all the risk and liability, they will generously act as the middleman and handle the money for you.
For those of you who don't own a bucket truck, don't even get in line, you don't possess the skills they need.
Guys that climb like cat squirrels are not needed, tow trucks to get the buckets out of the swamped yards and back on the road are in great demand.
Charter and Bell need FTC intervention, and they will get it, when service fails to come back up.
If and when they get serious about the rebuild, then they will need us. Until then, there are still good jobs with companies that we know and trust.
