Why?????
1. To many people that will do your job for less money.
2. If you strike they will just bring in someone that they have made promises to.
3. This has gotten to be such a cutthroat industry that their are very few of us left that care about our fellow man we get taken advantage of if we try to do the right thing.
4. Even Unions cant be trusted!!!
Until we can combine forces with the MSO's and make up some sort of Cable Data file that contains the hacks names and pictures in it, this industry will continue on down the same spiraling road into the Abyss.
Even if we had such a file who would maintain it.
People would be screwing each other over placing bogus complaints into it.
I have seen several people say they are going to start a Union but that is all they do is talk the talk, but can they walk the walk?
I doubt it.
