It's like everything else Verizon does, they think (the union) they can handle everything themselves, they fall miserably behind, then they bid it out. Whats really going to be funny is when they heat it up and only a portion works due to the incredibly poor workmanship. It's really going to hit the fan when they're techs start digging around in those terminals trying to fix one problem and end up creating 4 or 5 more problems. Before it's over, a lot of cable is going to hit the ground and portions of those hubs are going to need to be replaced.
