Re: 40 S splicer

A 40S, is a 40S. It is a good machine and is most definately HDCM. Make sure the power is compatable with the USA. I have used an american version for about 3 weeks of full time power splicing, and I had no problems with it under adverse conditions. I'm not familiar with the on-screen language, but anything can be overcome with an american manual. Good deal, but suspicious because this should go for about $4500-&8000 if it is truly factory new, chinese or not.
