Took the words right out of my mouth, don't look to profit. Be content & happy if you can clear your over head and bills. It gets worse each year. Definately be aware of who you are dealing with
or they will take you to the cleaners. They want references, well in todays market you'd better run a refence check and a credit check on them as well. If you don't I have no sympathy for you or any one else for that matter.
