I like 2 outlets no matter the size oif the room, thtis allows for furniture moving no matter what, one on each side opf the room, the bed is usually opposite the tv, and the phone is next to the bed.
I have been into too many houses that are brand new, and only have 2 outlets for a 3 bedroom house!!!! when I talk to the customer about it, they say it was too much for the other rooms, I just point out that the bill will only go up a mere pennies per outlet ad they won't have all the cable running up their walls looking like a spiderweb.
