Since you are doing the lady a favor I think you should go a little lower on the prices Victor suggested like $450-$500 simply because you can wire the whole house (one story) in a day and also you would be leaving yourself open for more work after she recommends you to her friends telling them of the excellent work you did for her. On another point I would recommend that you use dual RG-6 and put phone jacks as close as possible to the tv outlets, since as an installer you might be the one to install the system for her or if it is someone else make the job easy for them lol...... The reason for dual cable is if she gets satellite it would be easy to connect Tivo, and as for the price since there is no sheet rock you can wire the house in 4-5 hrs or less.
PS: Remember to bring the drops on the side of the house with the electricity.
