I hear a lot of techs complaining about not getting paid for 30 days. Cavo pays weekly, and it is usually 100% correct or will get straight that day. I can tell you that if you work with pride you will get taken care of. The owner and the director listen to there techs with problems and fix them, not just lip service. I can tell you all of this because I used to be a Regional Manager for them and left to get out of cable. I can tell you that if i was to go back into cable, I would sell for Cavo again.
