And as for the earlier comment regarding $12 an hour. If one can't find decent help, then do it yourself, or change careers. I would hate to see what they are being billed at. Hiring chumps and prison escapees and billing them out as qualified techs is more than despicable. Not only to the customer, but to the industry. Adapt and overcome, or get out. If you can't provide quality work, don't offer it!!!
